After 20+ years in the jewelry industry, we founded Milestone Gems with one goal in mind: to build lasting relationships with our clients and celebrate each milestone with them.

Meet Chelsea (Left)

Chelsea started in the jewelry industry at 16 and quickly caught on to jewelry repair. She was able to hone her skills while apprenticing a 3rd generation jeweler and attending a jewelry school in Winter Park. Since then, she has only continued to master her skills. Chelsea works on gold, silver, and platinum and has recently started designing her own pieces by hand.

Chelsea is the 4th of 5 siblings and has a teenage son named Dustin, who grew up in a jewelry store while she worked. When she isn’t at the store, you can find Chelsea hanging out with her pets (a German Shepherd and cat) or tending to her plants. She also loves kayaking and catching rays on a boat.

Meet Rachel (Right)

Rachel has been in the jewelry industry since she was 18 and—though she stepped out to try new things—she always had her foot in a jewelry store. In 2008, she jumped into jewelry full-time, when she finally realized that nothing could compare to her love of jewelry and helping people find the perfect piece!
