Each diamond engagement ring collection is distinguished by benchmark qualities to maximize overall beauty and one everyday flat-rate price for each carat weight. You will still pay the same price for your order, even if we upgrade your order to a more valuable diamond per our first guarantee on diamond quality and size.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (whether it be damage upon shipment, or damage due to no fault of your own, or not satisfied with the overall appearance of your order), we will take it back within 30 days and take appropriate measures to ensure your satisfaction.


30-Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

If you received a diamond certificate and/or appraisal, you must return either or both with the item you are returning. Failure to return the diamond certificate and/or appraisal will result in a replacement fee charged to your account in the amount of $300 for each document not returned.
